ph967 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph967 website located at ph967.club, including all subpages, mobile-optimized pages, and associated services operated by ph967.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with ph967 that provides access to the Platform's real-money gaming services.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus credits associated with a player's ph967 account at any given time.

2.5 KYC Verification. ph967 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine passport, driver's license, Social Security System (SSS) ID, PhilHealth ID, and Postal ID. ph967 may request additional documents at its discretion.

2.6 Right to Refuse. ph967 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, including where ph967 reasonably suspects that registration would breach these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

3.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ph967 login credentials, including username and password. Players must not share account credentials with any third party. ph967 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. Players must notify ph967 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. ph967 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee against losses arising during the period prior to notification.

3.3 Personal Use Only. ph967 accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Players may not allow any third party to access their account, place wagers on their behalf, or receive any part of their winnings.

3.4 Account Maintenance. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph967 does not accept payments in any foreign currency.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the player's ph967 balance in real time, subject to the payment provider's processing times. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business hour of confirmation. ph967 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. ph967 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two (1–2) business hours of approval.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. ph967 may require additional identity verification, including KYC documentation, before processing any withdrawal. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.5 Validity Period. All ph967 bonuses have a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed and the bonus used. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ph967 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice, subject to not adversely affecting players who have already opted into and commenced wagering under the relevant promotion.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph967 Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly address the matter.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph967 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one ph967 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

8.1 ph967 Content. All content on the ph967 Platform — including but not limited to the ph967 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of ph967 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph967 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other use of ph967 content is permitted without prior written authorization from ph967.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Many games available on ph967 are provided under licence from third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and others. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective developers.

9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of player personal data by ph967 is governed by the ph967 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at ph967.club/privacy-policy.

11.1 No Warranty. The ph967 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph967 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or defects.

11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph967's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in that player's ph967 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11.3 Excluded Losses. ph967 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings due to technical malfunction; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from a player's violation of these Terms; (d) losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials; or (e) interruptions to service beyond ph967's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

11.4 Third-Party Platforms. ph967 is not responsible for the performance of third-party payment providers (including GCash and PayMaya) or third-party game software. Disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers.

12.1 ph967's Right to Suspend. ph967 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph967 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) continued operation of the account would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements; (c) ph967 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting; or (d) the player has self-excluded or requested account closure.

12.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon account suspension, the player's access to the ph967 Platform will be restricted. Depending on the circumstances, ph967 will either return confirmed real-money balances to the player's last verified payment method, or withhold funds pending investigation. ph967 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ph967 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited on account closure.

13.1 Player Complaints. Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding ph967's services should first contact ph967 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph967 will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and will aim to resolve complaints within five (5) business days.

13.2 Escalation. Where a player is not satisfied with ph967's resolution of a complaint, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures.

13.3 Game Disputes. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised with ph967 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. ph967 will review the relevant game logs and server records. ph967's determination, made in good faith following review of available evidence, is final.

14.1 Right to Amend. ph967 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the ph967 Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. ph967 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on file.

14.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the ph967 Platform after amended Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a player does not agree to amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and all matters arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the ph967 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between ph967 and the player with respect to the use of the ph967 Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
